All of The 199 Shop’s images is copyrighted; please seek our permission before using any of the images. 

Products

All items are free-sized unless otherwise stated.

Sale items are final sale and no exchanges/cash refunds will be done. 

Payment

Order(s) has to paid within the timeframe of 48 hours, unless otherwise agreed upon, or order(s) will be voided and put up for sale thereafter.

Internet-Banking and Paypal Credit/debit transfers are highly recommended; however, if you wish to opt for ATM transfers, please keep a copy of the receipt as it might be needed for verification purposes.

Payments will be verified within 6 – 24 hours depending on volume of order. 

Delivery

Order(s) will be posted the next working day (Monday – Friday) after payment is received.

The 199 Shop will not be held liable for lost parcels if the buyer chooses to opt for normal mail. Hence, it is recommended for all buyers to opt for registered parcels, which is an additional $2.24, regardless of the amount of items. Please note that a return address will be stamped on the back of every parcel before they are sent.

Sizing & Images

The 199 Shop makes a great effort to make sure all products are made to display at its most accurate colours and designs on the website. However, actual colours and feel of product is also dependent on the user’s monitor.

Item measurements are stated on its respective image.

Additional images will not be provided, however, we will try our best to assist should you have any doubts. 

If you are unsure about the sizing, do check the model’s sizing image (height, UK size) shown on the bottom on item’s image.

Returns & Exchanges

All items sold may be exchangeable, within 7 days, if the item is defected. In a case where item of choice is not available, we will provide a The 199 Shop coupon so customers can use it when a desired item is available. No refunds will be made. All returns are subjected to approval.

Poor sizing and slight misalignment of motifs or studs is not considered a defect, thus no exchanges are allowed.

Customers shall bear the full responsibility in making sure items mailed back are packed securely and sealed properly. We will not be responsible for lost mails in connection to such returns or exchange.

Price

Prices stated on our website are inclusive of normal postage charges.

Prices are final and non-negotiable. 

Fraud

The 199 Shop will not hesitate to take legal actions against fraud cases. Please do not claim that you have payment if you did not make any.

All information such as name, address, contact & email address are confidential and will not be released to third party or sold of as contacts information.
