The list below features our items that are available for redemption.

The points in price is stated beside each item image. Please ensure you have enough points in your account before you redeem the item. We only accept exact points for redemption.

The redemption items are our current selling products in the store and we have listed the prices as a reference guide for your convenience. To redeem the item by points, just refer to the "price in points" beside each image.

Please read through the terms & condition stated below before making a redemption.

Terms & Conditions:

- Item(s) paid using points is/are not entitled to any reward points.

- Items for redemptions are not exchangeable.

- Points are not exchangable for cash/credit value.

- Points are non-transferrable. 

- Complementary normal postage is included in the redemption contract. Should the customer require registered/speedpost postage, the additional charges is bearable by the customer.

- Our 48 hour payment policy still stand true to the agreement of redemptions and all outstanding postage fees should be paid to secure the item(s).

- We are not liable for missing parcels related to redemptions.

- Redemption points are subjected to changes.
