What payment mode do you accept?

We accept ibanking or ATM bank transfers from POSB/DBS, OCBC and UOB. We also accept major credit/debit card payment from Paypal.

For faster bank transfer, please transfer from the same bank that you currently possess. For example, if you are transferring using a POSB bank account, you should transfer to our POSB bank account. Identical bank transfers are immediately transferred to us. For all unmatched bank transfer, it will take up to 3 working days for the funds to be transferred to our account. Only orders that are successfully paid will be posted out.

There is no surcharge for Paypal funds transfer. However, please take note there is a processing fee of SGD0.50 per order for all ibanking/ATM fund transfer services.

How long will my order be reserved?

We provide customers up to 48 hours to make their payment instead of the normal 24 hours offered by most stores.

What should I do after I have made payment?

If you are using credit/debit card payment, your order will be proceed automatically. We will send you a notification note to your email.

If you are using ibanking/ATM transfers, please inform us by after you made payment by replying to the email order copy that was sent to you with the transaction details.

The transaction details should include:

• Date of transfer
• Time of transfer
• ATM or ibanking transfer
• ibanking nick (if applicable)

We will reply you as soon as we can verify the payment. Verifications can take between 1 - 8 hour(s). Once we verified the payment, we will send you an email notification to inform you that your payment was successfully received and your order is sent for packing.

I lost my transaction details, what should I do?

If you have lost your transaction details, we will need at least the date of transfer for verification. Verification may take between 1 to 24 hour(s).
